Refund Policy

We want you to love your Proper Bulldog diffuser. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item. To be eligible, your item must be unused and in its original packaging.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-returnable items For hygiene reasons, diffusers that have been used with essential oils cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Faulty or damaged items If your item arrived damaged or is defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at theproperstoreuk@gmail.com with a photo and your order number. We'll make it right.

Return shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
